Accessing Our Website
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms.

Surveys, competitions and prize draws
From time to time we run surveys, competitions and prize draws and these will be subject to the below T&C’s.

Opening date: 30 July 2018
Closing date: 30 September 2018
Entrants had to be students or parents/carers of students who are planning to start university or college for 2018–19 entry.
Entry into the competition was free and dependent on emailing a valid question to email@example.com.
Entrants must have a UK postal address in order to receive a prize if they are picked as a winner. We will only ask the winners for a name and UK postal address.
Entrants could ask as many questions as they like but could only be entered into the competition once.
We will make a random draw of three different email addresses to determine three different winners.
Anomalous returns will not be validated or considered for the competition.
Three prize winners will be picked at random. The winners will either receive a voucher of their choice between a £50 Tesco gift card, £50 Amazon eGift voucher or £50 Love2shop gift card, or they can request a £50 donation to a UK registered charity of their choice.
The winners will be notified by email on or soon after 30 September 2018.
If a winner does not respond after reasonable efforts to contact them have been made, the Complete University Guide reserves the right to withdraw the entry and select another winner.
If a winner does not supply a UK postal address after reasonable efforts to retrieve one have been made, the Complete University Guide reserves the right to withdraw the entry and select another winner.
The prizes will be awarded to the winners before or on 31 October 2018.
Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
No cash alternative will be offered for a prize.
By participating in a Complete University Guide prize draw, you fully agree and accept the Complete University Guide Terms and Conditions.
The Complete University Guide is part of Hotcourses Ltd. Hotcourses accepts no liability for any claims, loss, liability, damage, and expense suffered or incurred by any entrant as a result of entering the competition, save to the extent that Hotcourses cannot by law limit or exclude such loss and liability.

We have the right to remove any material or posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

Viruses, Hacking and Other Offences
